NAICS Code: 325414 Period of Performance: Deliver by 08/01/2016 The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) as cited in FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). The NEBNext Ultra DNA Library prep kit is the only product that can provide CDC the same quality of results without having to incur undue costs and time of testing a new kit. This kit also only requires a small amount of DNA which can be amplified by the polymerase with ultra-high fidelity to minimize GS bias.
