This is a Notice of Intent. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis with Sterling Commerce, Inc. for the subscription of the items listed in the Draft RFP under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, no proposals are being requested at this time. Information received will be considered for this and any future procurements for this requirement. Any vendor submitting a capability statement acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee shall be registered in the CCR database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract. Capability statements may be e-mailed to Joan Brickey at United States Transportation Command, Directorate of Acquisition at joan.brickey@ustranscom.mil or faxed to the POC indicated above at 618-256-9600. Capability statements must not be submitted no later than 10:00 AM (CT), 15 January 2010.
