USTRANSCOM anticipates issuing a solicitation on behalf of the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) for rotary-wing aviation support in Papua New Guinea. To support the accounting of missing Americans, the contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, mission planning, and emergency medical evacuation capabilities to execute up to three recovery missions per year, varying from 14 to 90 days.
The Government intends to award a single Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract (Firm-Fixed Price and Time & Materials elements) via full and open competition.
