George Eastman Restoration of the Historic Garden Structures Rehabilitation

Pike Construction Services, Inc., an EEO employer, is seeking certified New York State M/WBE and SDVOB subcontractors for the George Eastman Restoration of the Historic Garden Structures Rehabilitation project located at 900 East Avenue, Rochester, New York. The scope of work involves in-kind masonry, roofing, and stucco repairs to the Loggia structure, including the Loggia, Garden Walls, and Wing Walls. Additionally, the project requires the construction of an accessible sloping walk from the existing Porte Cochere drive into the West Garden and the installation of a power pedestal. Specific trade scopes include selective demolition, masonry restoration, membrane and flat roofing, gypsum plastering, sitework, and unit pavers. This grant-funded project is tax-exempt and has no specified wage requirements. While there are no mandatory MWBE participation goals, the successful bidder must demonstrate a Good Faith Effort in utilizing MWBEs and provide reports detailing the participation of various business enterprises.
