Georgia Clean Water Needs Survey

The Georgia Environmental Finance Authority, acting on behalf of the Georgia Environmental Protection Division, local governments, and state stakeholders, is soliciting qualified firms to deliver comprehensive consulting services for the preparation of the Clean Water Needs Survey. This survey will assess the capital investment required for publicly owned wastewater collection and treatment systems to comply with the Clean Water Act and meet federal water quality standards, while also determining project eligibility for funding through the Clean Water State Revolving Fund. The consultant will be responsible for evaluating existing data, documentation, and planned initiatives to produce an accurate, reliable, and actionable report that aligns with EPA guidelines and supports Georgia’s collaborative federal reporting obligations.
