The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency intends to make award for the renewal of hardware warranties on two Geoview 3000 systems it currently owns and operates. The periods of performance for these warranties shall be 4/26/09-8/29/09 and 1/21/09-8/29/09, respectively. The government intends to make award to iMove Inc. on a non-competitive basis in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b). iMove is the sole provider of the Geoview 3000 system. Any contracting personnel performing maintenance on the Geoview system shall be a reseller of such maintenance authorized by iMove. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals or capability statements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all capability statements received within five days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
