This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01 dated March 13, 2026. This requirement is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set Aside using FAR (RFO) Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
