Golden Police and Fire Department Towing and Impound Services

The City of Golden is soliciting proposals for a professional services agreement to provide 24/7 comprehensive towing and impound services for the Golden Police and Fire Departments. The selected vendor will be responsible for vehicle recovery, secure storage, and debris cleanup to support traffic management, emergency services, and the removal of abandoned or illegally parked vehicles. Key performance requirements include strict response times: 15 minutes for emergency or high-priority situations, 30 minutes for standard requests, and 1 hour for large or heavy-duty vehicles.
