Golden Springs Elementary School Reconstruction Project

The Pomona Unified School District is seeking qualified firms for preconstruction and construction services for the Golden Springs Elementary School Reconstruction Project in Pomona, California. This project will be delivered using the lease-leaseback method. The procurement process is designed to create a shortlist of qualified contractors through the submission of Prequalification Applications and Statements of Qualification, followed by interviews and subsequent requests for proposals. To be eligible, contractors must hold a current and valid Class B license in good standing with the California Contractor's State License Board and maintain a full-service office within 75 miles of the District. A mandatory pre-submittal meeting and job walk took place on September 23, 2026; failure to attend the entire event renders a contractor non-responsive. All required submissions, including the online prequalification application and the sealed Statement of Qualification packet, must be received by 10:00 AM PST on October 12, 2026. The District's Board of Education reserves the right to act as the sole judge regarding the merit and acceptability of the proposed services.
