Full Description
The Warren County Board of Supervisors is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified manufacturers or authorized distributors for the furnishing and delivery of fifty (50) new golf carts for use at Clear Creek Golf Course.
The County may elect to purchase the golf carts outright, enter into a lease-purchase agreement with the successful proposer, or obtain financing through a third-party financing source, whichever is determined to be in the County's best interest. Proposers shall submit purchase and financing options as specified in the Request for Proposals (RFP). The golf carts shall be new, current-production models, complete with all required accessories, custom logos, cart numbering, wheel covers, delivery, setup, and all other services necessary to provide a ready-for-use fleet. Proposals shall also include payment of the County's existing 2023 golf cart fleet balance (approximately $159,000.00) and identify how the payoff, along with any applicable trade-in or removal of the existing fleet, is incorporated into the proposal.
Sealed proposals will be received by the Warren County Purchasing Department until August 27, 2026, at 10:00 AM, CST, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
