AMENDMENT 0001 (May 7, 2026): The purpose of this amendment is to post Government responses to industry questions. Please see the attached document titled "Amendment 0001 Questions and Answers." The quote submission deadline remains unchanged.


The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Installation Support at Fort Belvoir, VA has a requirement for non-personal services for Goose Hazard Management at the Andrew T. McNamara Headquarters Complex (HQC). The contractor shall provide all management, labor, and trained working dog(s) to provide goose hazard management deterrent services at the facility grounds and pond area.


This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is being solicited as 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 561710, Exterminating and Pest Control Services. The small business size standard is $17.5M.


The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract consisting of a 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Partial quotes will not be accepted.


A site visit is scheduled for May 5, 2026. Please see the solicitation attachment for full details regarding the site visit, quote submission instructions, and question deadlines.
