The objective is to establish a standalone airspace awareness system that utilizes a closed-loop, air-gapped, dedicated dark-fiber VLAN architecture to provide a unified Common Operating Picture. The system must be capable of tracking at least 100 simultaneous targets from surface level up to 5,000 feet AGL, with specific detection requirements for Group 1 and 2 sUAS and individual bird/wildlife targets.
