The contract entails the procurement of six units of Inspection Kit assemblies specifically for ripcord pins, identified by NSN/Part Number 0001S00000052. The solicitation, issued by the Department of Defense's Aviation Life Support Plant within the ASC Supplier Operations AE and AF Division, falls under NAICS code 336413 and is set for delivery approximately 418 days after award. The place of performance is Tracy, with the primary point of contact being Jesse Saul. The contract includes rigorous technical and quality requirements derived from the DLA Master List, ensuring compliance with specific packaging, inspection, and acceptance standards. These requirements mandate tailored higher-level quality controls, removal of Government identification from rejected supplies, and physical marking for traceability. Inspection and sampling procedures are dictated by military standards such as MIL-STD-1916 and ANSI/ASQC Z1.4, emphasizing zero tolerance for non-conformance in sampling unless otherwise specified. Production lot sample testing is required, with government representatives randomly selecting samples in accordance with ANSI/ASQC standards, without applying Acceptable Quality Levels (AQL). The contract explicitly integrates quality assurance provisions, including detailed instructions for handling non-conforming items, contractual control over revisions of standards, and adherence to prescribed packaging and identification norms. All contractual compliance documentation and technical criteria reference publicly available government resources to maintain transparency and enforceability throughout the acquisition process.
