The Government is seeking to lease 44 parking spaces for its sole use. The parking facility must be located within one (1) block of the Oakland Federal Building located at 1301 Clay Street, Oakland CA. The area must be bounded by: North: 16th Street South: 11th Street West: Martin Luther King Jr. Way East: Clay Street Parking Facility must be structured; the Goverment must be allowed to secure portion of said parking with fence and able to install CCTV cameras and provide for 264 RSF of sttorage space.
