SUBJECT: GOVERNMENT OWNED, PRE-ENGINEERED STEEL BUILDING ERECTION, GRANGER LAKE, TEXAS. PROPOSED SOLICITATION NUMBER: W9126G26QA113; POSTED ON OR ABOUT 20 AUGUST 2026. SOLICITATION CLOSING DATE: 10 SEPTEMBER 2026. DESCRIPTION: The contractor shall furnish all tools, equipment, labor, and supervision to erect a Government furnished pre-engineered steel building as shown in Statement of Work (SOW) Attachment 2 and in accordance with SOW Section 13 34 19 METAL BUILDING SYSTEMS. Materials required for the complete erection of the pre-engineered steel building not listed in SOW Attachment 1 shall be furnished by the Contractor and submitted to the COR for approval. Prior to erection, Contractor shall examine the concrete foundation and masonry bearing surfaces, anchor bolt size and placement, survey slab elevation, locations of bearing plates, and other embedments to receive structural framing with the metal building manufacturers templates and drawings as detailed in the SOW before erecting any steel components for compliance with requirements for installation tolerances and other conditions affecting performance of the Work. Erect metal building system according to manufacturers written erection instructions, approved shop drawings and other erection documents in accordance with MBMA MBSM - Metal Building Systems Manual. Contractor shall perform all work in accordance with the SOW and the terms of the contract.
