The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number PLA-63636-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Auburn Grace Community Church. The project includes grading/fill of 0.07 acre of intermittent stream, 0.01 acre of wetland swale, and 0.28 acres of earthen irrigation canal in association with development of a new community park. The project will also result in removal of 0.12 acre of woody riparian vegetation along the intermittent stream.
