If awarded, the Grant Administrator would be responsible for implementing the Administrative Plan for the Residential Emergency Services to Offer (Home) Repairs to the Elderly (RESTORE) and/or Access to Home funds awarded by the Housing Trust Fund Corporation (HTFC) NYS Homes & Community Renewal (HCR).
