The City of Killeen is seeking qualified and experienced firms or individuals to provide professional grant research, grant writing, grant administration support, and related consulting services. The City seeks to secure federal, state, regional, and private foundation funding to support municipal programs, capital improvement projects, infrastructure development, public safety initiatives, parks and recreation projects, economic development efforts, aviation projects, and other strategic priorities. The City of Killeen, who is solely directing this RFQ process, shall select the proposer based upon competitive submissions pursuant to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). After evaluation of all proposals, the selected proposer will serve as the City's provider of grant-related consulting services on an as-needed basis throughout the term of the contract.
