The Baltimore County Office of Budget and Finance, Division of Grants Management, is soliciting proposals under solicitation P-10000568 for on-call grant writing services. The selected contractor will be responsible for researching, seeking, monitoring, and modifying grants, as well as developing and editing grant applications for various funding sources.
