Grants and Contributions (G&C) Project

Transport Canada is initiating a project to review and redesign its grant and contribution administration processes with the goal of enhancing efficiency and consistency across various programs. The contract focuses on assessing the current state service designs and developing future state blueprints that cover key functional areas such as financial management, claim processing, incentive programs, data analytics, and business reporting. A significant objective is to create reusable components that can be applied across multiple programs, thereby reducing redundant efforts, promoting standardization, and enabling scalable solutions for both current and future grant and contribution initiatives. The work will be performed primarily within the National Capital Region (NCR). The Department of Transport, under the Government of Canada, is the contracting agency, and Maryse Babineau serves as the primary contracting authority.
