The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals for the design of professional print-ready (marks and bleeds) and digital items, including but not limited to magazines, brochures, fliers, billboards, social media ads, web banners, large and small print ads, etc. RFP budget is $5,500.00 per month. The awarded firm shall provide the following: 1. Conceptualize, design, and deliver graphic design materials, including but not limited to brochures, fact sheets, invitations, billboards, magazines, email templates, infographics, advertisements, flyers, PowerPoint presentations, newsletters, social media graphics, website graphics, and other graphic and visual communication projects as requested by the City. The selected firm should also be able to create templates and collateral for use in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) as well as Microsoft Word. 2. Provide up to 65 hours of graphic design services per month. Should service needs exceed 65 hours for two consecutive months, the scope of services and pricing may be renegotiated. Monthly workloads may vary depending on City initiatives, events, and communication needs. Unused hours may carry over to the following month. 3. Be available to complete projects with limited notice, as some assignments may require expedited turnaround times to support time-sensitive City communications. 4. Ensure all designs, materials, and concepts are suitable for production by a third-party printing vendor. 5. Upon acceptance of each design or concept, all intellectual property rights shall become the property of the City. 6. Include the cost of any necessary stock photography within the proposed pricing.
