BDC invites suppliers offering specialized graphic design services (hereinafter referred to as “services”) to submit a proposal.
Following this call for tenders, BDC intends to enter into a service agreement (also referred to as “contract” herein) with two (2) to three (3) firms specializing in graphic design to support the execution of the mandates described below. Each lot features a distinct cost structure, based on the specific requirement.
A single bidder may be awarded at least one (1) lot and up to two (2) lots. The agreement will be for a term of six (6) years with two (2) contract renewal options for a period of one (1) year each, which may be exercised at BDC’s sole discretion.
The required services are organized into three (3) lots:
General graphic design services
Lot 1a – Regular graphic design services
Lot 1b – Supplementary graphic design services
Lot 2 - Annual Report and Business Plan
