2. Description (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in
accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information 
included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being 
requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) The solicitation number is 30314PR260000021 and is issued as a Request for Quotation
(RFQ).

CLIN 0001: Grassy Key Housing Lot Clearing. Provide all labor, materials, and equipment to remove 
overgrowth, trees (including stumps), and shrubs in accordance with the attached Statement of Work 
(SOW).
(vi) Description of Requirements (Statement of Work Summary): The intent of this project is to 
remove overgrowth, trees, and shrubs at Coast Guard Station Marathon Housing located in Grassy Key, 
FL.


The Contractor shall:


Remove overgrowth, trees (including stumps), and shrubs.
Provide all labor, materials, equipment for demolition, and clean-up.
Comply with all local, state, and federal applicable laws throughout demolition. Coordinate all 
staging and laydown areas with the Coast Guard prior to work starting. Perform all on-site work 
between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday (federal holidays excluded), unless 
otherwise approved.
Ensure personnel have the proper knowledge, qualifications, and working experience.


Supply and require donning of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for all
personnel.
Provide a detailed assessment of the condition of all components prior to the start of work.
Provide a course of action and timeline necessary to affect repairs within 2 weeks of receiving the 
award.
