GRATING SADDLE CLIPS

The Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound is soliciting GRATING SADDLE CLIPS under solicitation number N0040626Q0244, which is a total small business set-aside restricted to small businesses as defined by NAICS code 332323 with a 500-employee size standard. The requirement is for 10 welded carbon steel grating panels constructed of CRES SS316, measuring 36 inches in width and 74 inches in span, along with 220 SS316 saddle clips and self-locking nuts, all to be assembled per Attachment (A), which must be requested through the Joint Certification Program using a valid CAGE code and DD-2345. The contract is firm fixed price, with delivery to be completed by July 13, 2026, at Sasebo, Japan, under FOB origin terms, meaning the government assumes responsibility for transportation and risk after the contractor delivers to the designated shipping point. Packaging and marking must conform to ASTM-D-3951, MIL-STD-2073, and MIL-STD-147, with strict prohibitions against asbestos, excelsior, loose fill polystyrene, and hygroscopic materials; wood packaging must be heat-treated and ALSC-certified.
