This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit only written quotations for RFQ F1U3C44108A001; this solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-74 Effective 30 May 2014. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Total Small Business. The associated NAICS code is 212321 with a 500 employee size standard. This RFQ contains one (1) line item. The project shall be completed by 30 Sept 2014.
