Grand Canyon National Park (GRCA) requires recurring hazardous materials and universal waste collection, transportation, and disposal services. This includes compliant handling of waste oils, solvents, paints, aerosols, batteries, fluorescent lamps, mercury-containing devices, and electronic waste. The contractor will provide proper packaging, labeling, transportation, documentation, manifests, certificates of disposal, and annual reporting, all in accordance with RCRA, DOT, ADEQ, and NPS regulations.

The National Park Service (NPS) contemplates the award of two (2) Firm-Fixed Price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for services. See attached specifications for details on this requirement.

BPA will have a three (3) year ordering period with an anticipated Period of Performance from June 15, 2026 through June 14 2029. Actual Period of Performance will be determined at award.
