Replace rotten plywood on exterior walls. 2. Replace any rotten studs and bottom plate on exterior walls. 3. Insulate and vapor barrier exposed exterior walls. 4. Replace drywall where needed. 5. Mud, tape, patch and paint throughout main floor and stairwell walls and ceiling. Wall paint to include Bonding Primer, Ceiling to include oilbase stain blocker. 6. Remove exising flooring and baseboard throughout. Flooring has been reported to contain Asbestos. 7. Replace and repair subfloor where needed. 8. Supply and install vinyl plank and rubber baseboard throughout(colour TBD) metal nosing for stairs. 9. Remove and dispose of electrical lights, switches, plugs and covers through main floor, stairwell and exterior. 10. Replace all electrical lights, switches, plugs and covers through main floor, stairwell and exterior with new white Decore style switches and plugs.
