The Greenwood Parks and Recreation Department is soliciting proposals/bids from qualified and experienced fencing contractors for the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, disposal, and incidental services necessary to construct and/or install baseball fencing improvements at Wilbanks Sports Complex. The successful contractor shall provide a complete, finished installation in accordance with the requirements contained in this solicitation, the plans and specifications provided by the Department, applicable codes and regulations, and generally accepted industry standards. The contractor shall be responsible for field verification of existing conditions and shall coordinate all work with the Greenwood Parks and Recreation Department prior to beginning construction. The Department reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive minor informalities, and make an award in the best interest of the Department in accordance with applicable procurement requirements.
