This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.


Solicitation number 12444326Q0048 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Grey Towers Gutter Cleaning and Repair.


This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561790 The small business size standard is $9.0 (Size standards in millions of dollars). This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.


A pre-quote site visit is scheduled for 07/21/2026 at 9:00 AM EST at 122 Old Owego Turnpike, Milford, PA. In order to facilitate site visit preparations, it is requested that the COR Elizabeth Hawke be contacted via email at elizabeth.hawke@usda.gov and advised of the number of persons who will attend.
