Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Gordon, GA intends to award a sole-source contract with Grayshift LLC, 1475 Lake Forest Ln, McDonough GA 30253. The authority for this noncompetitive award is FAR 13.106-1(b)(1): For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), only one source reasonably available, urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization. The Government intends to procure this sole source requirement under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR part 13 and Commercial procedures in FAR part 12. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and a solicitation will not be issued.
