Griffith Park- License Agreement and TFEG ABG LA JV LLC for the temporary use of the Crystal Springs Picnic Area in Griffith Park for the operation of the 2025

The City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks has entered into a license agreement with TFEG ABG LA JV LLC for the temporary use of the Crystal Springs Picnic Area in Griffith Park. This agreement authorizes the operation of the 2025 Los Angeles Haunted Hayride from August 25, 2025, through November 17, 2025. The event consists of 33 operational nights, with hours running from 7:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and from 7:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. The attraction will feature a tractor hayride, three walk-through mazes, a carnival ride, and a Boo-tique, with the primary beneficiaries being the patrons of the park. Located at 4730 North Crystal Springs Drive, the project has been granted a Notice of Exemption under Class 4 CCR Title 14 Sec. 15304(e), as it is determined to have negligible or no permanent environmental effects. Elena Maggioni serves as the environmental supervisor and primary point of contact for the lead agency.
