All invoices must be submitted electronically via WAWF, and the contractor must maintain a valid UEI and CAGE code. Participation in small business programs is optional but requires formal representation. The contract includes clauses governing subcontracting, payment levies, pricing modifications, whistleblower rights, and prohibition of covered defense telecommunications equipment.
