Proposal Submittal Deadline: Proposals addressed to Mr. Roel “Roy” Rodriguez, P.E., City Manager, will be received until Thursday, May 2, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST). All proposals are only to be submitted electronically through the City of McAllen’s bidding portal: https://mcallen.procureware.com, on or before the aforementioned date and time. Original, hard copy, and/or late proposals shall not be accepted. Pre-Submittal Conference: McAllen International Airport, Executive Conference Room, 2500 S.
