Grove Street Intersection Improvements Project

Placer County, in collaboration with Caltrans, would enhance an existing side-street stop-controlled intersection by installing a new traffic signal system. The proposed improvements include traffic signals, enhanced sidewalk accessibility features, and the addition of high-visibility crosswalks, signage, striping, and pavement markings. These upgrades aim to improve overall traffic operations and significantly increase safety for pedestrians and cyclists crossing the intersection; and would benefit all users including pedestrians, bicyclists, and motorists traveling through and across the intersection.
