This Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought (SS) Notice is for the market research information and planning purposes only, and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR) Center for Enabling Capabilities' (CEC) Pilot Bioproduction Facility (PBF), or the Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA).
This is a requirement to establish a single award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle that will allow the Center for Enabling Capabilities' (CEC) Pilot Bioproduction Facility (PBF) to procure the proprietary consumables required for the Government-owned Growth Direct™ System currently used by the PBF.
