This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12805B23Q0828 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-02. The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Plains Area, Big Spring, TX has a need to purchase a service of Grub, Rake, and Disposal for 70 Acres.
