This Task Order is intended to procure Development, Modernization, and Enhancement (DM&E), and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support services for ePayroll and HR IT applications.The Government anticipates achieving the following objectives through the services provided under this contract:Deliver continuous customer support to internal GSA and external users.Furnish O&M technical support for software applications, backend processes, utilities, and both Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) and Government-Off-The-Shelf (GOTS) software maintained by division.Enhance the usability standards of existing applications ensuring compliance with federal information systems security and customer requirements.Maintain proactive and responsive communication with system users to guarantee timely resolution of complex inquiries and satisfactory solutions.Provide novel application solutions to fulfill customer needs, adhering to GSA system development life cycle guidelines.Implement System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and hybrid approach to project management and development principles and best practices.Ensure rigorous compliance with GSA IT Security Policies and all pertinent GSA and NIST standards and guidelines, as well as other Government-wide laws and regulations governing the protection and security of information technology.
