AI Contract Overview
The General Services Administration’s Center for Charge Card Management is conducting a virtual Industry Day event from May 19 to 21, 2026, to support market research for the future GSA SmartPay 4 master contract, tentatively named SP4. This event is not a solicitation, nor does it obligate the government to award any contract; it is solely for gathering industry input to inform acquisition planning. Day 1, May 19, will feature broad stakeholder engagement with program overviews from GSA initiatives like GSA Advantage, GO.gov, and FedRAMP, along with presentations by federal agencies on their current charge card needs and challenges. Days 2 and 3, May 20–21, will host limited breakout sessions where selected industry participants may present their capabilities to government attendees, but presentation slots were filled on a first-come, first-served basis and closed as of April 22, 2026. All interested parties may register for Day 1 attendance only through April 30, 2026, with a cap of ten representatives per company, and must submit a completed registration form via email to SPcard@gsa.gov and lora.bradford@gsa.gov with a specified subject line. Registration data includes business size status—small or other than small—but does not require Unique Entity ID, CAGE code, or socioeconomic certifications. The event will be recorded and transcribed and is not open to the public or press. No reimbursement is provided, and no financial or contractual obligations arise from participation. The broader market research effort is guided by RFI 2, Notice ID 47QRAB26N0002, which seeks feedback on the current GSA SmartPay 3 contract and desired capabilities for SP4. All activity is administered by GSA’s Contract Operations office in Washington, D.C., with no contract clauses, evaluation factors, delivery requirements, or pricing details applicable at this stage.
