PROCUREMENT TYPE: Pre-Solicitation TITLE: Guard and Police Booth Repair Project at the U.S. Embassy Baku, Azerbaijan.


DESCRIPTION: The American Embassy Baku hereby provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Guard and Police Booth Repair Project for the U.S. Embassy Baku, Azerbaijan. The U.S Embassy Baku intends to issue a single Firm-Fixed-Price construction contract for the project. The Contractor is solely responsible for providing construction services necessary to meet the requirements of this contract. The Contractor shall complete the project in accordance with the technical requirements which will be provided with the solicitation. A site visit will be held at the site in July - August 2026. The exact date will be announced later. Companies interested in the solicitation shall express their interest by written correspondence to the attention of Procurement Agent Anar Rzayev at e-mail address RzayevA@state.gov no later than July 10, 2026, using the solicitation number 19AJ2026Q0011 in the subject line. Please do not telephone.
