Work of the Contract is for the construction of the Air Scour A Replacement at the Thomas S. Mackey Water Treatment Plant (TMWTP), Project No. 5621. The Work consists of modifications to the existing Air Scour System to replace Air Scour Blower A, establish independent electrical feeds for Air Scour Blowers A and B, relocate existing Air Scour B control equipment, install the new Air Scour A control system, and perform associated mechanical, civil, electrical, instrumentation, controls, demolition, restoration, testing, startup, and commissioning work. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, construction equipment, temporary facilities, consumables, ancillary materials, supports, fasteners, fittings, wiring, conduit, testing, startup services, and incidentals necessary for a complete and operable installation, except for Products specifically identified as Authority furnished or by others.
