The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation Environmental Trust Department is soliciting bids for the Owhi Flats 2026 project, a firm fixed price construction contract focused on watershed restoration within the Little Nespelem WMU. The primary objectives are to improve water quality, enhance riparian habitats, promote natural water flow, and reduce the impact of open-road density on wildlife. Award will be granted to the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidder who demonstrates technical experience in stream crossings, road cross drainage, and bank stabilization. Bidders must submit a comprehensive packet by October 29, 2026, including a signed bid sheet for the entire project, a detailed work plan with equipment and schedules, TERO certification, a debarment form, and proof of liability insurance of at least 1,000,000 dollars.
