The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to solicit competitive bids to provide the inspection and maintenance of all indoor and outdoor bleachers, indoor and outdoor athletic equipment, operable wall systems, and wood flooring systems at various school Maintenance owned and operated by Lake County School District (LCSD). The CONTRACTOR shall be solely responsible for providing all labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and materials necessary to perform all work. CONTRACTOR shall perform all work in accordance with the specifications outlined in the Solicitation.
The most recent contract in place was a piggyback. We wish to have our own contract for the School District.
