This is a Firm Fixed Priced Contract. Only qualified offeror(s) may submit offers. Solicitation VA262-14-Q-1027 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation, a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement will be a total small business set-aside. NAICS Code is 541380 and size standard is $14 million.
