H-Piles

Greenville County Engineering has issued solicitation IFB #27014 for the procurement of H-Piles, consisting of twelve 12-inch, 53lb piles at 30 feet in length and twelve 12-inch, 53lb piles at 40 feet in length. All materials must be delivered FOB destination to the Bridge Yard located at 98 Camp Rd, Travelers Rest, South Carolina. The bid deadline is September 3, 2026, with a tentative award date of September 8, 2026. The selected contractor must provide a performance and payment bond for the total contract price within 15 business days of the Notice of Award, which must remain in effect for one year following completion. The period of performance is 90 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Payment terms include monthly invoicing with a 10 percent retention fee withheld by the County until satisfactory project completion.
