The Department of Veterans Affairs, through Network Contracting Office 4 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is seeking capable and responsible sources to provide Annual Fuel Oil Storage Tank Inspection, Testing, Cleaning, and Treatment Services at the Erie, PA VA Medical Center.
