This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. The contract will be firm fixed price and the NAICS code is 333314 This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be honored. However, if a firm believes it can meet the requirements it must furnish information about its products, services and capabilities as well as references from other customers who are using these products and services provide service for Motion Capture equipment for the Jesse Brown VA Campus Federal Health Care Center to the contracting officer NLT 11:00AM CST, 17 Nov 2020. Supporting evidence must be submitted in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements and attached Statement of Work, to include access to OEM parts for repairs. STATEMENT OF WORK FOR: Service Contact, Motion Analysis Corporation B. PURPOSE: The purpose of this non-clinical Statement of Work is for the purchase of a service contract from Motion Analysis Corporation. This service contract is for technical support and warranty coverage on equipment purchased from Motion Analysis Corporation for use in the Jesse Brown VAMC Motion Analysis Research Laboratory (JBVAMC-MARL). C. HISTORY: The Motion Analysis equipment was purchased by VA several years ago. The equipment is proprietary, and an annual service contract is needed. D. JUSTIFICATION: Motion Analysis Corporation is the only company that is able to provide the technical assistance that we require and who is able warranty their own hardware and software products. We require technical support for proprietary hardware and software that is used in JBVAMC-MARL in the event of unforeseen problems or when replacement of components is necessary. This would include telephone support to debug software or hardware problems, replacement hardware when breakage occurs, and software upgrades as they become available. THIS SOFTWARE IS NOT ON THE VA NETWORK. The JBVAMC-MARL is located off site at 680 N. Lake Shore Drive (on the Northwestern campus). E.
