H946--NEW: Quality Water Testing North Texas VA Medical Center Base 4 Option Years

Solicitation 36C25727Q0021 is a total set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) to provide quality water testing services for the North Texas Veterans Healthcare System Sterile Processing Service. The contract covers the Dallas and Fort Worth VA Medical Centers and involves the testing of utility water, critical water, and steam to ensure effective water quality for processing medical devices. All services must be performed in accordance with ANSI/AAMI ST108:2023 standards. The scope includes flushing and sampling at the point of generation and every point of use, maintaining a strict chain of custody, and providing a Certified Water Treatment Specialist to support the integration, qualification, and validation of water treatment equipment. The award will be a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract consisting of a base year from December 2, 2026, to December 1, 2027, with four subsequent option years extending through December 1, 2031. Evaluation will be based on technical approach, price, and past performance, with the government reserving the right to perform a value trade-off analysis.
