Hach Equipment Calibration 2026

The Manitoba Water Services Board has issued Request for Proposal 2026-22 for the annual on-site equipment calibration and certification of Hach and other laboratory equipment. This contract covers various water treatment plants and facilities located within towns and municipalities throughout the Province of Manitoba, including specific sites such as the Baldur Water Treatment Plant and Cartier Regional Water Co-op locations. All services must be performed by factory-trained, Hach-certified technicians using only manufacturer-certified parts, labor, and equipment. The successful proponent is required to provide detailed service reports and certificates for every unit serviced, and all work must be completed no later than November 30, 2026. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the MWSB e-Bidding Platform and will be evaluated through a numerical process conducted by an Engineer. The evaluation criteria focus on three primary areas: the qualifications and experience of project personnel, the technical service plan including a site-specific work schedule, and a financial proposal submitted via the online Schedule of Prices. Proponents must demonstrate the ability to travel to all required sites and provide proof of commercial liability insurance and worker's compensation. The contract includes a fixed $10,000.00 extra work allowance, which is subject to engineering approval.
