This is an Intent to Sole Source Notice. The U.S. Government currently intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to Hach Company for maintenance and calibration of the Hach equipment installed throughout the Mt. Weather Emergency Operations Center (MWEOC) facility from 10-01-2026-09-29-2031.

The statutory authority for the sole source procurement is 10 U.S.C §2304(c)(1) as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Attached is the draft Statement of Work (SOW).
