The County of Riverside Purchasing Department, on behalf of the County of Riverside Department of Public Social Services (DPSS), hereafter referred to as the County, is seeking quotations from parties qualified in addressing the immediate needs for healthy African American hair care maintenance for children in foster care. Qualified parties will be required to coordinate hair care events focused on hair care services and education for foster youth of the County of Riverside’s Children’s Services Division (CSD) and their caregivers. Our department is in search of an event coordinator to execute hair care service events that will serve approximately 275 African American foster youth. There will be a total of one (1) hair care event prior to June 2025 and a total of three (3) hair care events each fiscal year thereafter, through June 2030.
